Laboratory Projects

APECS' project managers have extensive experience in the laboratory environment.  The design of lab space, utilities, casework and optimal layout for laboratory operations are our strengths.  We pride ourselves on our ability to take the owner's concept through design, into construction, and facilitate startup and commissioning in order to ultimately deliver our clients a fully operational laboratory.  These skills translate well into the healthcare and micro-electronics industry and enable us to serve a broad base of clients.

Pharmaceutical/Chemical Engineering

One competitive advantage is our acute knowledge of the cGMP manufacturing environment, as well as the regulatory rigor engineering projects require.  Our engineers are highly trained and possess a keen knowledge of change control, requirements definition, commissioning and validation requirements.  Whether it is process engineering, development of maintenance programs, or troubleshooting process or utility systems, APECS engineers have a broad background and experience base to ensure the solution meets the rigors of the cGMP manufacturing environment. 

New Facility Project Management & Construction Management

Many of our staff possess a thorough understanding of the entire project lifecycle from Site Selection through Commissioning and Startup.  This experience has taught us to pay close attention to user requirements, to invest time upfront in developing a thorough design, and to work in collaboration with general contractors.  This process ensures the proper transformation of the design into bricks, mortar and stainless steel.
