The advantage this brings to our clients is that they have the ability to interface with a single point of contact (e.g. the APECS Project Manager) to communicate requirements and understand progress while APECS takes care of the extensive background coordination that must occur. The alternative is for the client to conduct all the coordination, a difficult task when dedicated to the effort and nearly impossible when they must still execute other operational responsibilities. As an effective Owner's Representative, APECS acts as the Owner's Representative, ensuring effective up front coordination. This upfront planning avoids costly downstream re-design, schedule mishaps, and other costly impacts.
