Coordinating US and Taiwanese Engineering Design

APECS services entailed coordinating and reviewing engineering work products from an American engineering design firm and a Taiwanese engineering design firm. Other project responsibilities included project planning, scoping, scheduling, costing, client interface, implementation, data analysis, cost and schedule control, negotiating, and reporting.

FDA approved cGMP facility in Taiwan

The project consisted of design, construction, and validation of FDA approved state-of-the art cGMP facilities in Taiwan. APECS provided Owner Representation Project Management services throughout all phases of the project. The multi-purpose, multi-product facility, was specifically designed to incorporate the best features of modern API facilities surveyed from around the world. The production facilities consist of 16 units (9 cGMP lines) for production ranging from kilograms to multiple tons.
