APECS Project Supervision and Quality Control

• Managed the construction $6MM worth of high purity gas piping and central utility equipment and piping to support a wafer fabrication facility
• Evaluated bids, prepared procurement documents, coordinated with manufacturer, reviewed and approved submittals, and coordinated delivery
• Supervised piping activities including approximately 30 pipe fitters and welders
• Provided drawing coordination between piping, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection designs
• Implemented quality control measures to obtain first pass inspection acceptance
• Developed earned value analysis of piping installation against schedule milestones
• Supervised commissioning, site acceptance test, and operator training
• Prepared turnover package, maintenance plans, standard operating procedures, and developed spare parts inventory requirements
